WICHTIG!
Kommen Sie nicht nüchtern – bitte ein leichtes Frühstück einnehmen. Bringen Sie den Morgenharn mit (Erster Harn morgens, nüchtern. Vorher ab Mitternacht bitte nichts mehr trinken), in einem gut verschließbaren Glas oder Plastikbecher (Harnbecher aus der Apotheke) mind. 200ml! Bringen Sie aktuelle Blut- oder andere relevante Befunde mit. Bringen Sie Ihre Medikamente und Nahrungsergänzungen in der Originalpackung mit Inhalt mit.

Ablauf Erstordination:
Nach der Terminvergabe erwartet Sie bei uns eine ausführliche Anamnese, eine genaue körperliche Untersuchung, HRV Messung und Körperfettmessung, sowie die Erstellung eines ersten Therapieplanes.
Danach erfolgt die Blutabnahme.

  • Zum Ersttermin mitzubringen sind:
    Etwaige vorhandene Befunde
    E-Card
    Morgenharn (200ml in gut verschraubbarem Gefäß oder Harnbecher aus der Apotheke)

HINWEIS:
Sollten Sie Ihren Termin nicht wahrnehmen können, bitten wir Sie, diesen von Montag bis Donnerstag per Mail abzusagen – min. 24 Stunden vorher. Ansonsten müssen wir Ihnen diesen Termin in Rechnung stellen (Termine von Montag, bis spätestens Donnerstag der Vorwoche absagen).

make an appointment -first interview-therapy

After you have scheduled your appointment you will have your first interview ( 1 hour) with Dr. Jakobitsch or Dr. Moussvi. We will take down all your ailments and we will decide about the details of the blood analysis needed. Our qualified nurses will then take your blood. Your therapies start immediately.

After two or three weeks you will have an interview with a detailed discussion of the blood analysis, and the therapy plan will be adjusted.

Bring your morning urine ( about 200 ml, before you had anyhting to eat or to drink) in a jar or a container from the pharmacy.

Have a light breakfast and bring any former diagnosis ( not older than half a year) that you have.

We are not covered by the Austrian medical insurance system, so you will have to pay the bill. In case you have a private insurance for ambulant treatment your costs might be covered.

The procedure of health-monitoring informs you about your biological and metabolic age and shows you the results for your body-fat analysis, your blood pressure, pulse and you body-mass index.

 

As the urine sample represents the result of all of your metabolic processes we can usually get a lot of information from that.

You can have a test for food intolerace based on a blood analysis, and we do a standard test for celiac disease.

 

A vital substance profile gives you information about:

  • mineral analysis via whole blood
  • trace elements (iodone, selenium, iron)
  • vitamins ( D, B12 and folic acid) and if required Vitamin c, Vitmain B-complex
  • check of the status of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids.
  • status of aminoacids
  • hormone profile ( if requested)

Heart Rate Variability

Your heart rate variability is messured with electrodes similar to a ECG. It shows the reaction of your vegetative nervous system to relaxation and stress, and how it maneuvers between exhaustion and overreaction.

Electrodes are adjusted to your ankles and microcurrent impulses are sent to your body. The reactions to those impulses are registered and this scan gives you a detailed analysis of many bodily functions.
